1 - Is your store currency USD?

Yes, however we don't charge taxes to our Canadian customers to compensate for the exchange rate. WE PAY THE TAXES FOR YOU CANADA! 

2 - Where do you ship? What are your shipping costs?

Ojà Ẹ̀shọ́ Jewelry Market ships everywhere in Canada and the U.S. with the following shipping rates:

  • Free shipping  on orders of $100.00 or more.
  • For orders from  $50 to $99.99 we charge a flat rate of $6.95 to Canada and $4.99 to U.S.
  • On orders below $50 the customers will pay $9.95 for shipping to Canada and $8.95 to U.S.

Notice that these minimum order amounts are before taxes.

If you are based outside Canada or U.S. please stay in touch, international shipping is coming soon!

In order to offer the best shipping option possible in occasions we ship our products directly from our manufactures and suppliers, or from our warehouse in Canada. If your order is more than one item, could be the case that you received separate packages, depending on where your item is located.

Please allow 2-3 business days to process your order and a maximum delivery time of 2 weeks. We will do our best to make this time shorter. Once your order has been processed you will received an email to confirm that and a tracking number.

3 - Are returns or exchanges accepted? 

At Ojà Ẹ̀shọ́ Jewelry Market we want you to be happy with your jewelry. If you are not satisfied Ojà Ẹ̀shọ́ Jewelry Market will process returns and issue full refunds and/or exchanges to customers for all orders. Just follow the instructions below:

- How to return your items:

  1. Email us at customerservice@ojaesho.ca to get a Return Authorization Number, which is required for all returns. This helps us process your return quickly. Please include your order number in the email subject line and indicate that you wish a refund or exchange
  2. Once you received the RAN (please don't send the items without a RAN), send  the items along with a copy of your original invoice to

PLEASE NOTE:

  • Ojà Ẹ̀shọ́ Jewelry Market receives the returned products within 30 days of the original purchase date. After the 30 days-period has passed all sales are final
  • Ojà Ẹ̀shọ́ Jewelry Market is not responsible for shipping costs associated to returned items (shipping, insurance, etc)
  • In the event that you paid for shipping in your original purchase, those costs are non-refundable
  • Returned products are intact and in the same condition they were sent with all original packaging, tags and contents. They must be unused, no signs of wear
  • Please notice that personalized items such as medical ID bracelets, engravable jewelry, gift cards, and used items are not eligible for refund or exchange. They are final sale 
  • Please allow for 1-2 weeks once the item has been received by Ojà Ẹ̀shọ́ Jewelry Market in order to get the refund
  • We are not responsible for shipping damages or lost packages on returned shipping. We recommend to use a padded envelope and obtain a tracking number

    4 - What do I do if my jewelry is damaged when I receive it or if I don't receive it?

     In the unfortunate event that  you do not receive your order on time, please contact us immediately. Any missing merchandise claims must be made within 10 days of the invoice date.

    If products are damaged upon delivery, you must notify delivery personnel prior to signing and record damages immediately.

    Always contact us at customerservice@ojaesho.ca as soon as possible so we can help you to get through this process. Don't send any items back to us before receiving information from us in how to proceed.
